A road accident occurred on Monday morning (4/8) on the Larnaca-Nicosia highway, just before the Athienou exit.
According to initial information, under circumstances currently being investigated, two vehicles collided, resulting in both coming to a standstill on the motorway.
Police state that due to the collision, the right-hand lane is currently closed. Drivers are urged to be particularly cautious, drive at low speeds, and maintain safe following distances.
