Calling Teenage Girls Worldwide! Join the Free FEM Online Program and Unlock Leadership Potential

The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation is thrilled to announce the launch of FEM – Future Empowered Minds, an international leadership and soft skills program for teenage girls aged 14–18. This fully free initiative is designed to help young girls build the confidence, knowledge, and support systems they need to lead – in school, in their communities, and in the world.

They are especially inviting girls from Cyprus to apply!
Why? Because we’ve already seen the incredible energy and talent of Cypriot youth during our FEM Camp held in Cyprus last year – and we want to give even more girls access to international mentorship, future-ready skills, and a global sisterhood.

Why join FEM?
 • Learn from inspiring mentors and industry experts
 • Build essential life and leadership skills (communication, teamwork, public speaking, time management)
 • Join a supportive, international community of girls
 • Launch your first leadership project
 • Improve your English in a real, empowering setting
 • Get a graduation certificate and win cool prizes!

The program runs from Fall 2025 for 4 months, online – so you can join from anywhere! Participation is free of charge. All sessions are in English.

“We believe girls can achieve anything when they have the right tools and support. FEM is more than a course – it’s a safe space to grow, lead, and connect with peers around the world. After the success of our offline camp in Cyprus, we’re excited to expand and support even more young women,” – says Kateryna Biloruska, founder of the Foundation.
