Authorities arrested a 20-year-old who was engaging in indecent acts and causing concern outside a university in Nicosia at around 18:40 on Tuesday (13 May).
Following a related report, members of the Police arrived at the scene and arrested the 20-year-old, who was performing indecent acts and displaying erratic behaviour.
It is noted that the 20-year-old was examined by a psychiatrist, with nothing of concern arising from the evaluation.
Investigations are ongoing.
