3.5-month-old infant with meningitis at Makarios hospital

A 3.5-month-old baby girl has been hospitalised at Makarios Hospital since yesterday, after being transferred from Famagusta General Hospital with a diagnosis of meningitis.

According to reports, the infant’s condition is considered serious and remains under close medical supervision in the Paediatric Ward by the team of attending doctors.
