The Cyprus problem will be on the agenda of discussions during Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Constantinos Kombos’, visit to Zagreb where he begins an official visit on Monday, at the invitation of Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs, Gordan Grlić Radman.
During his stay in the Croatian capital, Zagreb, the Foreign Minister will engage in high-level meetings and consultations, with the Cyprus issue being on the agenda of the discussions.
An official press release said Kombos will have a private meeting with his counterpart Radman, followed by expanded consultations involving delegations from both Ministries. After the consultations, the two Ministers will make statements to the media representatives.
“The discussions will focus on strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, matters concerning the European agenda, the Cyprus issue, developments in the Middle East region, and in Ukraine,” the press release said.
As part of his visit, Kombos will be received by the Prime Minister of the country, Andrej Plenković.
The Foreign Minister will also meet with the Minister of Science, Education, and Youth of Croatia, Radovan Fuchs, and he will deliver a speech at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of Croatia.
