US Embassy in Cyprus is accepting ballots until 17:00 today

Date:

Polling stations for the US presidential election opened today at 13:00 EET, marking the culmination of a historic race that could either see Kamala Harris become the nation’s first female president or return Donald Trump to the White House for a second term.

U.S. citizens in Cyprus who still need to vote may have some time left. The U.S. Embassy will be accepting ballots until 17:00 today, and ballots postmarked with today’s date may still be accepted in certain states. If you don’t have a ballot, absentee ballots from the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) are available at the Embassy’s main entrance. Visit https://fvap.gov or check with your state’s board of elections for more information.
