Police arrested a 68-year-old Larnaca resident today following intelligence evaluation and a joint YKAN-YDAP operation. He remains in custody.
The arrest followed a court-warrant house search uncovering 993 A4 paper sheets suspected of being impregnated with controlled medications (narcotic substances).
Investigated offences
Authorities probe conspiracy to commit felony, illegal supply of controlled drugs by another party, unlawful possession of controlled drugs, and possession with intent to supply others.
YKAN continues examinations.
